“I had stupidly swerved at an animal crossing the road, late at night, and ended up hitting a median. My tire blew out… Nextow’s T.J. arrived initially. He put in a lot of effort trying to get my stubborn spare from under my vehicle, but the safety locks werent being agreeable. All of a sudden, two more guys from Nextow showed up..Logan and another gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch…they worked for 45 minutes to get my second safety lock to open up. I would have totally been frustrated with the situation if I was them, but they never once made me feel like this was a waste of their time. I truly appreciated their team effort in making sure I was able to get home safely. To the three of you… thank you sooo much! Nextow is lucky to have these three gentlemen as a part of their team. As much as I never want to have to use towing/roadside assistance services ever again, I know Nextow will be my go-to choice.”
